What is the Rapid Delivery Service?

• A Free of Charge delivery service we offer on the products we have in stock at our warehouse.
• Products delivered to your door as quickly as next day*
• You can select your own delivery date while completing your order.
• Rapid Delivery products are highlighted with a distinctive logo.
• Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday to Mainland UK only via our own distribution company Phoenix delivery systems

Phoenix Delivery Service

An email advising of the scheduled 2 hour time slot for your delivery will be emailed to you at approximately 6pm the evening prior to your requested delivery date. Additionally an SMS will be sent if you have supplied a mobile number when placing your order. If a landline number has been supplied a voicemail message will be left for you, this is dependant upon your supplier.

Delivery days do fluctuate depending on business volume and deliveries made to less populated areas. To obtain the actual delivery date to you, please click on the product required enter your postcode and click the choose delivery date button.

* Please note the majority of products and post codes are covered within 2 days with the following exclusions. AB, AL, DD, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, TD. Please click on delivery information on the product page to obtain the quickest delivery date. If for any reason your card has not been authorised, or addition security checks are required, this may prolong your delivery time. We will inform you of any issues within 24 hours of purchase.
